Due to illnesses, crazy schedules and unseen circumstances, it wasn't until this last weekend that the Shotwell and Hess families were able to come together and celebrate Christmas! So, complete with a little Christmas tree, yummy cookies, and festive pjs we got to spend a short fun-filled weekend together laughing, telling stories, and sharing the Christmas spirit! What fun!

Uncle Chris and Michele made yummy cookies, and this one was just for Madison!
Michele got to show off her talents this weekend. She is taking a stage make-up class at Arkansas State. She brought her make-up kit and gave Alison a "make-over". She made her look like an old lady. It was so awesome! We are all so impessed!

Our time together was way too short, but we did have a great time. We played games, laughed, told stories, laughed, ooh-ed and ahhh-ed over Madison, laughed, ate some food, and laughed a bit more. I am so blessed to have such an awesome family. Love you guys!
So until next year...well I guess it wud really be later this year...
