We spent some time goofing off on the couch singing songs, laughing, and talking about random things...anything from the clouds in the sky to "Madison lives and Franklin, Tennessee, and Uncle Chris and Aunt Kristy live in Manila, Arkansas"...and yes she really knows this and remembers this.
Friday morning Mimi went to a garage sale and bought something really fun, and when Papa got home, he put it together. Check it out! At the end you can hear her say 'thank you'. So sweet!
We also spent some time on the back patio, listening to the birds, swinging, and singing more songs. Madison loves to sing! I do too!
We just had to go out and play in the new playhouse, so we moved it to the backyard, and Madison made me yummy food. We checked out all the cool features of the house, it had a pretend tv, stovetop, clock, and radio. We had so much fun playing house! When we were done I laid down in the grass underneath the trees. So Madison followed suit and we laid there for some time. We watched the trees blow in the wind, watch the little holicopter spinny seed things fall down from so high up in the air, we watched the birds swoop down to eat from Mimi's bird feeders. I was pretty surprised how long Madison laid there with me, mostly not talking, just watching...enjoying nature's outside spring activities.
